I got a flat on westpark tollway and drove over after my flat was changed a couple days ago. The service is still just as great. I dont give out 4 stars like free candy. If service is important to you, come here. Its neat and clean. And i dont think they really “cheat” you. Esp being a chain.

Teresa M.: I had a great experience at Discount Tire. After someone told me they noticed a sound like a nail in my tired, and my tire pressure went down by half in 24 hours, it was time to do something.
I called and they made an appointment with my that was convenient. Making the appointment went very quickly. I showed up on time and I was done within a half hour. I hadn’t bought anything from their store ever, but they patched my tire for free.
Bottom line: I will be back and I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

Jen S: I needed new tires. They had a deal going and Mario explained the choices. I picked the ones I wanted and gave them my information. They called a few hours later and my friend brought me back to pick up my car. The tires look great and my car is driving so much better. I felt very comfortable, especially since I was spending a lot of money. My only suggestion: Please clean the chairs or change them out in the waiting room. That would make it a 5 star experience

Dinorah M: Horrible service! Got work on 2 tires. Was driving and had to pull over because the steering wheel started shaking and when I pulled over the front driver tire was held by ONE bolt!!! So much could have happened had I not pulled over!!! So, there I was stranded at 1:30 AM! Never again!

Ken W: My 2006 BMW E90 was in need for a set of tires in the rear, and I was been told to come to Tire 59 for some quick services and barely used “used” tires. Well, I visited this shop and I have to say my experience was not bad at all. I arrived at the shop around 4:20 in the afternoon, and I was immediately greeted once I walked into the store. The dude (did not ask for his name) was very knowledgeable of my need. He immediately identified what kind of run-flat tires (comes from BMW OEM wheels) I need and he knew exactly what kinda of brands they have. The price was pretty amazing IMO and I really have to say the tires look hella new.
However, I did not get to leave the shop until around 5:30pm. My car was sitting out there in the lot the whole time and finally it was driven inside around 5:15. I did not understand what the heck was everyone doing, I mean come on now. I was promised that the installation will be done in ~30 minutes, and that never happened.
Overall, I like the shop mainly due to it’s pricing. If I need any more used tires, I would definitely go again.
